In Nottingham DHP Group run the internationally renowned Rock City, Rescue Rooms, Stealth, Bodega and Black Cherry Lounge and in Bristol we operate the Thekla. We work with our partners at The Jericho, Oxford and Manchester Cathedral to deliver their live music programmes. Each DHP Group venue has developed its own individual character and audience base and through our continual investment in our buildings, facilities, PA & lights, these venues are recognised both nationally and internationally.
 
 
live music
In 2011, DHP Group promoted over 1000 live shows around the UK and this number will increase again in 2012. Our national tours have included artiste such as Ed Sheeran, Rufus Wainwright, Imelda May, Human League, Flaming Lips, Garbage, New Order and many more.
 
 
festivals
We have several established festivals, both indoor and outdoor include Splendour, Dot to Dot, Hit the Deck and Gathering across a range of cities including Bristol, Manchester, Nottingham and Oxford.
 
 
dance
Our Nottingham venue Stealth has welcomed the cream of the world’s ‘Electronic Dance Music’ scene week-in week-out since opening in 2004, and today we promote a number of national stand alone live ‘EDM’ shows from the likes of Skrillex, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, Disclosure & SBTRKT. In addition to this we hold regular warehouse parties and events with brands such as dollop, Zleep & Fairlight at various locations in London, Nottingham and further afield.
 
 
ticketing
Alt-tickets is DHP Group’s ticketing operation. Alt-tickets is a primary ticket seller; we sell tickets for all of our events, venues and provide white label and ticketing services for other promoters and venues around the country.
 
 
band management
DHP Group manages the band Dog Is Dead who are about to release their debut album through Atlantic Records (Warner Brothers worldwide) and are published by Universal. DHP self-released Dog Is Dead’s first 3 singles before the band signed their record and publishing deals. The DHP Management roster will expand over coming months.
