Alt-tickets is DHP’s own ticketing agency, which sells tickets for gigs and events at all DHP venues. It was set up to give customers an alternative to the large corporations and offer DHP more control over its ticketing operations. By bringing the processes in house, the company is able to respond to queries more quickly, gather statistics about its audiences and generally ensure a high standard of customer service.
